Personal Chef: Enjoy home cooked meals and personalize your menu according to dietary needs and food preferences. This is an essential service for you, your family and anyone that eats in your home. You can count on nutritious and balanced meals waiting for you when you're hungry, busy, and don't feel like cooking. The freshest ingredients and seasonal produce are obtained from the Farmer's Market, Lazy Acres and Whole Foods. Food can also be prepared and stored in your fridge to save you valuable time.

$35/hour plus groceries

Private Cooking Instruction: Learn how to cook delicious, healthy meals in your home side by side with a chef. Learn basics or deepen your knowledge of cooking and menu planning. The 3 hour instruction includes dinner.

$250 for 3 hour cooking session and includes ingredients.

Nutritional Advising: An in depth analysis of diet according to health concerns. Food and lifestyle recommendations, weekly menu and recipes included. Encouraging moral support included! Can be conducted in person or by phone.

$80/hour

Kitchen Makeover: Organization and restocking of health promoting foods in your refrigerator and cabinets. Purchasing of kitchen supplies and groceries if necessary. Preferably done before cooking instruction.

Personal Training: Private one hour session includes a mix of cardio, resistance and strength training, dance, pilates, stretching.

$60/one hour session

Snacks

  • Stove Top Roasted Popcorn Brittle with Sweet Rice Syrup
  • Warm Amasake (Sweet Rice Beverage) with Lemon Zest
  • Seaweed Nut Crunch
  • or Sweet Potato Fries with Tomato Dip or Mock Tomato: Red Onion and Carrot Sauce

Mother's Day Brunch

  • Rice Croquettes with Savory Carrot Onion Sauce
  • Mediterranean Quinoa Salad with Tahini Lemon Dressing
  • Waldorf Salad with Finely Shredded Cabbage, Fresh Green Apple, Toasted Almonds, Raisins, Celery and Creamy Sesame Dressing
