$35/hour plus groceries
Private Cooking Instruction: Learn how to cook delicious, healthy meals in your home side by side with a chef. Learn basics or deepen your knowledge of cooking and menu planning. The 3 hour instruction includes dinner.
$250 for 3 hour cooking session and includes ingredients.
Nutritional Advising: An in depth analysis of diet according to health concerns. Food and lifestyle recommendations, weekly menu and recipes included. Encouraging moral support included! Can be conducted in person or by phone.
$80/hour
Kitchen Makeover: Organization and restocking of health promoting foods in your refrigerator and cabinets. Purchasing of kitchen supplies and groceries if necessary. Preferably done before cooking instruction.
Personal Training: Private one hour session includes a mix of cardio, resistance and strength training, dance, pilates, stretching.
